Our Services
Our services begin with a commitment to strengthening the mind-body-spirit-nature connection.
We start with understanding you within a holistic perspective, making sure to identify your needs incorporate your strengths, and draw on this understanding to develop a treatment approach directly aimed at taking you where you want to go.
Services include traditional psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, group), psychological testing and evaluation, as well as trainings, workshops (parent training, social skills, career counseling, self-care) and consultations.
Announcing a New Grief Therapy Group
Facilitated by two of our experienced clinicians, this 4-week group is for adults of all genders who have lost someone close to them and would like to process grief in a group setting. Using acrylic paint and mixed media, group members will create images each week as a method to explore and process their experiences of loss through lenses of body, heart, mind and spirit. No art experience is necessary. Learn more via the button below.
