Men’s Interpersonal Process Group (Mondays at 7.30-9am)
This group focuses on interpersonal communication, paying attention to how old relationships and family patterns affect your thoughts and feelings and impact the quality and depth of relationships today. We work together to pay attention to the thoughts and feelings that arise within the group, paying particular attention to the here-and-now and developing new patterns to decrease anxiety, increase confidence and move toward the
kinds of relationships you want. Being a member of group also provides many opportunities to help one another heal, connect, and celebrate successes.
Myths of Masculinity (Mondays at 6.30-8pm)
This group explores what it means to be men, including messages received from culture, family, partners and ultimately ourselves. Together we explore how these messages are related to our own struggles in relationship, stress, work/life balance. Being a member of group also provides many opportunities to help one another heal, connect, and celebrate
successes.
Men over 50 (Wednesdays at 4.30-6pm)
​This group is open to men over 50. In weekly meetings we will explore what it means to be men who have reached middle age and/or beyond. Topics include health, wellbeing, vitality, illness, mortality, relationships, and issues related to work, family, and love. Through our work, we will include messages from culture, family, partners and ourselves
about who we should be as men, as well as who we want to be. Being a member of group also provides many opportunities to help one another heal, connect, and celebrate successes.

Women of Color
This group will focus on the experience of being a woman of color. We will discuss cultural gender roles, the intersection of race and ethnicity, ways the dominant culture others us, and navigating systems from outside of the dominant culture. Together we will discuss ways that these messages impact our self perception, our relationships, work life, and interactions with others. Being a member will also allow opportunities to feel in community, feel understood, and empower each other.
