Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our team and provide leadership, supervision, and direct clinical care. This role is ideal for a licensed psychologist or mental health clinician (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) who thrives in both supervisory and client - facing work, and values building a supportive, collaborative clinical community.

Job Duties:

• 30 - 35 hours per week (hybrid or in person)

• Administrative & Program Support

                   o Create and modify clinical policies and procedures as needed

                   o Chart review and clinical documentation oversight

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation and supervision to a vibrant team of clinicians

                   o Provide 4 – 6 hours of clinical supervision weekly
                   o Facilitate quarterly clinician meetings (6 hours total per quarter)

                   o Lead a weekly 1 - hour consultation group 

                   o Participate in a weekly 1 - hour leadership meeting and a weekly                          1 - hour administrative meeting

• Direct Client Care

                   o Maintain a weekly caseload of 25 clients

                   o Provide high - quality therapy services across a range of client                              populations

Required Qualifications:

• Independent license as psychologist , social worker, counselor

• 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Active license (e.g., Ph.D, Psy.D , LMHC, LICSW ) in Washington state (must be fully licensed by start date)

• Meet all requirements to be a WA - approved supervisor (i.e., supervision course and/or supervision hours)

• Demonstrated experience and commitment to mentor ship , supervision and/or training of mental health clinicians 

• Excellent clinical and administrative skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Preferred experience working with neurodivergent populations, children/adolescents, and/or grief and trauma work

​

Compensation:

Pay: $ 90,0000 - $ 110,000
